Your tasks:

• Mediate Collaboration discussions, M&A negotiations
• Negotiate deals on behalf of the company and in collaboration contracts
• Drafting of term sheets, contracts, opinions, letters (Letter of Intent, Memorandum of Unterstanding), registrations, government applications, and other important documents
• Prepare the appropriate legal documents
• Evaluate new business partnerships
• Assess and manage partners, collaborators and other stakeholders
• Research and analyze legal issues

Your profile:

• A good bar exam or ideally two good “Staatsexamen”
• 2-3 years of professional experience in a business consulting law firm, ideally in corporate and contract law.
• Interest in economic contexts and good understanding of business matters
• Solution oriented and passionate für unchartered territory
• Creativity in the given legal context
• Willingness and preparedness to operate in a fast scaling, ambitious team
• Intrinsic interest in all topics climate, sustainability, etc.
• Consultant- and partner-like communicator
• Willingness to open up for a diverse and very agile environment
• Fluent in German and English
